 Exchange Policy

At The Pouring Herbal Tea, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality tea products. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

 Exchange Guidelines

- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges
- Seasonal or limited-edition items may only be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability


Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer service team [email protected] to initiate an exchange
2. Package the unused item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your original receipt 
4. Ship the item to our store warehouse at 929 N Val Vista Dr Ste 108 Gilbert ,AZ 85234
5. Once received, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days

Non-Exchangeable Items

- Opened tea packages
- Loose leaf tea sold by weight
- Damaged or altered products
- Tea accessories that show signs of use 

Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us
- The Pouring Herbal Tea will cover the shipping cost of your exchanged item
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an immediate exchange at no additional cost to you.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your tea, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss an exchange option.
